I picked them up from ToyTec assembled and will do the install in a couple of weeks when I have the time.

 

Well they were supposed to go on this last weekend, but I had to drive to Texas for a funeral so I didn't pick them up until this week. My wife graduates with her Masters this weekend, so I won't be able to do it then. Next weekend we are driving down to Texas (again...) for her family reunion, so I can't do it then.

On the bright side, it should be a pretty quick install. I'm really hoping to have it done in less than 4 hours with the coils already assembled. On the not so bright side, I am putting my stock front stuff on my wife's '07 4Runner and replacing the rear shocks on that, too. With 115k miles on the 4Runner, I'm thinking things aren't going to come off as easily as they will from mine. I'm still trying to decide if I want to knock both out in one day... that would be a LONG day.

Replaced factory speakers with Pioneer speakers .....I should say Audio to go did it. I paid . Love the clean sound.

Ordered a JDM Leather shift knob from japan a couple of weeks ago, in the meantime I had a heart attack and a double bypass so I was anxious to get the mail and receive this shift knob. Smaller than the oem rubber one and more comfortable, plus it will match whenni get leather seats.







Sorry for the shitty pics but still cannot move my arms as much as I would like.

 

Drove around and picked up parts for home renovations. Really wish the box was just a little bit wider, pain not fitting plywood properly between the wheel wells.

Thanks DoorDing, no worries about the sun damage. I have LLumar air blue on the windshield. A clear film that blocks the majority of uv rays and does a wonder on heat rejection in cab. But I you are correct, nothing but covering up will prevent long term damage.

 

I washed and waxed mine after work today.

 

put it in the garage for a few weeks.
