I just bought the mirror and backup camera from two different members on here (factory Mirror from a 2012 and camera was from an '08 I think)

easy as pie for my 2010, I just replaced the camera with the blank that was in the tailgate handle, and the mirror just plugged in to the plug that was taped to the top side of my head liner.

    Nothing to it :0)

I just put an ad for "wanted to buy" on the 2nd Gen classified section and two weeks later...

Shop just called saying I am rubbing pretty bad. I would like to keep my flaps. I am running 8.5 et-6 on 285/70/17. I ran nearly the exact same on the last truck but et0 with only just a bit of rub. Where should I look to trim first?

Get an alignment and have them adjust the caster to push the wheels forward

I'm about to fab my own tube bumpers and full skid plate . Some of the prices for a bumper are crazy. I figured i could do it all for under 300 plus my wife's taco too

Talked to a driveline shop about getting my driveshaft serviced. Last week's ice ball made my worn out center bearing into a super worn out bearing, so now I have driveline vibes from 20-40mph.

I was quoted $227+tax. That's three new greaseable Spicer 5-213X joints, a new Dana Spicer center bearing, regreased slip yoke, the unit rebalanced and reinstalled on the truck.

Toyota dealer wanted more for just the friggin bearing!

I'll try to get the Dana CB part number. It should be exactly what the dealer sells but it's only about $100 or so instead of $210msrp + more markup.
