ok i saw somewhere on here where someone did a mod for gas shocks on the hood and then some really freaking bright under hood lights set on a mercury switch... if any one knows where i can find it again please let me know

send me a link a post or some thing... with my new bumper im goin to need the gas shocks since dealing with that hood prop is goin to suck.

the bumpers looks a little bulky to me, like it comes out too far. But if you like it, thats all that matters! :)

i'd make life easy and scratch the curve around the wheel well...give yourself more space for bigger tires and more room for compression by going more directly to the front corner instead of arching back toward the tire...yea it looks cool mocked up but it'll be a bitch to fab up and limits yourself with performance...

i even have issues with my arb on full compression with my tire rubbing on the bumper even with my lift...i'm about to hack the bastard to give my tire some more breathing room if my buddy doesn't want to fab up a new bumper for me...he already is in the works on my sliders and rear bumper

Changed my front differential fluid and transfer case fluid so now the drive train is on all new clean oil. Consistent with the other threads here the front differential fluid was terrible. It was the darkest most metallic looking. The rear differential fluid was dark but not terrible. The transfer case was so clean I am sorry I drained it. But at least now everything is running Mobil 1 75w-90 LS synthetic gear oil and it clean and fresh. I am still shocked how bad the front diff oil looked. Also removed and sold Spidertrax.
