I accomplished a lot today, replaced a blown fuse and found a new ground for the bedlights in my truck

 

Color matched whole grill yesterday. Centerpiece Aswell. What does tw think?

Kind of reminds me of the old tundra I believe it had whole grill color matched.

Looks nice. The entire grille being color matched really cleans up the front end on the black Tacomas.

 

Thanks man. Yea mines the indigo ink pearl. But I like it. I just need to match up the clear coat with the trucks. I tried acrylic enamel but it kept turning into a milky color so for now it's a semi gloss enamel.

 

Opps it looked black on my monitor.

Finally rhino lined my lower valance black

 

some new fenders to fit the 35's - still need to do some fitment tweaks and trim the ARB more then paint but at least I have fenders that work

 

finally got around to pulling my linyl on my lower valance. went up to the print shop and got me two pieces of 40"x10" strip for 10 dolla, an extra strip incase i mess the first one up. went on smooth. i would suggest having a heat gun handy...or your wifes hair dryer like i had to do!

 

How do you like the new bfg's and what size do you have ?

 

I trimmed my mud flaps today.

 

WOW those turned out pretty good.

 

I de-badged the tailgate today, My 11 DC SPT only has 800 miles so it was very easy. Read alot on the forums and have to say that it was as easy as everyone said. Most of the adhesive came off with just my finger, Touched it up with a little acetone when my finger got sore and it melted off like butter. Threw a quick coat of wax over the area just in-case the acetone stripped it down, but I didn't really notice a difference. Not sure if I will black em out or leave it bare yet, probably depends on how they look when I paint them. Will start with the V6 because that one is never going back on. It will be good practice for the Grill emblem which cante just come off

Hair dryer, fishing line, acetone worked like a charm

 

the grill emblem does just come off... If you look behind the grill you can see how it clips in.
