Yeah when you open up the doors there’s absolutely zero sound barriers in them, i don’t think it’s much better on the roof. it’s no wonder the cabins are so loud, I think they did better in the third gen cabins.

After adding the the pads to the inner door it closes with a nice clunk now

I haven’t ever figured all the sound deadening out. Mine is pretty quiet inside even with aggressive at tires. Stereo sounds good and pretty much no wind noise. Then again I’m older and don’t hear so well lol

I figure that would help with road noise. But does it help with the truck getting hot in the summer time too?

My set were a blemished set you can get from vin on TW if he still has some. There is a SCS blem thread that has a current inventory of wheels. I haven't even noticed any blemishes on mine yet

More mods I knocked out yesterday. What do y’all think of the yellow jdm fogs? Do they look good on the truck or should I remove the film and keep them clear?

Slightly confused on wiring up a ch4x4 switch to illuminate with the dash lights. Planning to tap into the shifter light but would like for the switch to dim.

A few mods here and there and counting....

If you're gonna order, make sure to select if you have the TRD or non-TRD seats. They also do custom embroidery, stitching, and color combinations. I opted for the standard black/graphite and only got the fronts.

How do you like those Michelin Defender tires? I want a more quieter tires than my existing BFGoodrich tires I’ve been contemplating switching to these Michelin tires.

My wife has those Michelin tires on her Nissan Pathfinder and they are awesome. Quietest and smoothest tires we’ve ever had. I would absolutely buy them again!
