Why won't my arm drop so I can get my shocks out

I want to say it's because you haven't disconnected the tie rod and sway bar.

 

Disconnect the two bolts holding the bj to the spindle and loosen the cam bolts

 

I have taking the bj bolts out and didn't think I needed to take sway bar bolt out?

 

Can bolts are almost out and Still won't move

Disconnect sway bar


Then loosen top shock bolts that tap the shock out
