ok, here you go. i have a older warn winch i want to put on my 2010 tacoma.i either want to hide it behind stock front bumper or do a front hitch receiver to take on and off.i have searched this site up and down and found some gen 1 info. i am leaning towards doing a hidden with stock bumper but looking for all info i can get ! i dont do alot of off roading --- just hunt ,fish, trap. just need it incase!

Someone on here did a pretty detailed write up on a hidden hitch mount behind the front bumper, and has a winch vset up to plug into it.

Someone did manage to stuff a winch behind a stock bumper. It looked great but I can't seem to find the link right now. Hopefully someone has it saved but it can be done!

i found one on a gen 1 . it would be cheaper i think to hide it under the stock bumper and look better and less weight.
