I might just have to look at stock piling some extra grilles, nice powder coated mesh, and some different emblems. Let people pick and choose from the stock I have and build grilles to order.

The problem with that is that most extra grilles that are floating around for sale are chrome. I know not everyone wants chrome so I would have to sand it and properly prime it, then the buy has to worry about spending the cash on getting it color match painted.

I think I've finally got the numbers worked out and know how I'm going to do this. Not many people seem to be down to send their grille in, most want to keep their original as a back up.

I'll be doing three colors of grilles.
Flat Black - the grille off the base model trucks
    Chrome - everyone's favorite
Primer - sanded properly and generous amounts of adhesion promoter used to ensure a proper bond

As far as mesh goes...all out on professional stuff, it jacks up the price but it's quality material. Take your pick from what's on customcargrills.com and I'll get a hold of it for you. The section you want to look under is universal grill mesh. If you want simple Lowes mesh, I can do that too and knock about $60 off of my end price.

Emblems are going to have to be on your own. It's just too much hassle to stock up various emblems for people to pick from. Choose what you want at your own leisure/budget and simply attach it to the grille.

If there are still people out there that actually want to send in their own grille to me then it will save you about $110 since that's about what it cost for me to get a hold of a grille to mod. If you currently have a grille color that you like on your truck then your best bet is to mail it to me so you don't have to worry about spending the cash on getting a primed one painted when you already own the color you want.

Questions, comments or concerns please go ahead and PM me.
