I made this a month ago, and then for some reason bought a BAMF Light Bar the other day...

I modified it with the extra rear tabs to accommodate some very large cheap lights I got from Harbor Freight, but one was broken right out of the box, so I returned them and am waiting for some Hellas. There is nothing wrong with the bar, it is great, painted black, and has some zip tie mounts attached to it for organizing your wires. There are 3 mounting points to the truck, and the hardware is all stainless. You will just have to drill holes in the bar to place your lights were you want them, or make use of the two tabs with mounting holes that are centered behind the grill.

Looking for $35 shipped CONUS OBO, Paypal (Gift) or USPS MO, I am in MD 20619, local pickup is fine to, will price cut for local pickup. The materials alone for this were about $20+ including the bolts/washers/paint and AL Bar stock.

If you are mounting Hellas or something "skinny" then you dont need to use the extra tabs I added to the back, ideally you would want to be farther from the radiator heat. So you would just have to add the holes wherever you want them.

Check this out, this is the guide that I followed, this guy had no issues fitting skinny lights behind his Satoshi, the brackets in the back are just for super fat lights, like the cheap HF ones I tried to mount.

You can see more about the lights here, I dont have them anymore, but they just fit between the Satoshi and my radiator, there was about 1/8" on either side of the lights.

As for the 03', I have no idea if it will work with it, I have no idea or way to check, I can give you some measurements if you need. I think it might, give me the measurements between your mounting bolts for other light bars, and I can check it against mine.
