If you still have the service manual that came with your truck you could start marking off what did get done. Then we, might be able to help more. That's a lot of miles...I hope your truck got SOME love so far.

I've always taken it to the dealer and done what they suggested , I've asked about the trans. fluid change but was always told that it wasn't necessary.same with the differential
i remember paying for spark plugs...
i keep all the paper work i get from them so i guess ill look thru it tonight and write down what I actually got done on it.

There should be a recommended maintenance book in the glove box, should give you an idea on what to do.

I would change the trans fluid, front and rear diff and transfer case. If you want it to last, I would plan to service the trans. "doesn't need to be changed" is a real shitty answer from the dealer.
You could also ask them to print out your service history, between that and the service manual shouldn't be to hard to figure out what needs to be done.

i just got of the phone with toyota and they said that the trans. fluid does not need to be changed unless the owner water to do so .
they said that the fluid is meant to last the life of the vehicle thats why its a closed transmission with no dip stick

It also should have listed changing the engine coolant at 100k and then every 50k after
