I do not, but I can get one today on my lunch break for you. It is just a piece of aluminum, I need to modify it some as the bolts hit the bottom of the TRED so it does not sit very well, but can still be mounted. Going to do that next week.

I did not have time to take them off the truck.

But this pretty much explains it. It is just a piece of aluminum between the bars and then the tred mount mounted to that.

I need to take them off and cut all the excess bolts off as they hit the bottom of the treds the way it is set up as you can see from the bolt on the right

I was going to do two pieces of aluminum but was running out of daylight so just did one. It is rock solid with just one, even though I need to cut the bolts down so it is all the way on the mount.

Anyone have any problems with the bolts being to long for the wind deflector?? Mine are bottoming out on the cross bar. Also were instructions supposed to be in the box? I didn't receive any.

I assume i just didnt recive short enough bolts? These are the shortest torx head bolts i recived which work great for the cross bars but in this picture the bolt is bottmed out agisnt the cross bar and still have this gap..yes im well awear i dont have the lock washer or flat washer on it. Just screwed it in for a quick reference.

A lot of stuff, just ask and I'd be happy to tell you. Or we could wheeling/camping

That bolt looks like it's used for the cross bars

Unless he changed them up, it should be phillips screws.

Yea it appears im missing the bolt kit for the wind deflector completely.. used all of those torx bolts for all the cross bars..sent him a email im sure it will get worked out quickly..i understand things happen and things can easily be forgotten. Also missing my rubber trim and light bar brackets. So not that big of a deal to be missing the bolts hopefully he can get everything sent out soon.

    Edit.
Zach was super quick wasnt expecting a response on a sunday! Missing parts will be shipped out tomorrow :thumbsup::thumbsup:

    Welcome.

#1 - when writing a post, you should be specific - i am assuming you are generally referring to the rack shown in these posts, rather than a specific setup.

#2 - for the rack vender - you are in the sub-forum for the vender. Read his threads for content.

also anyone have a hi-lift jack mounted to the rack?

and if so what size? 48 or 60?

only plan on a 2" lift so i'm thinking the 48" extreme hi-jack bit don't know if i wanna mount it to the rack or on the bed..
