King roost guard on the rr shock. Had to remove some material at the back where it bolts together to get in in place. You can get it to open up enough to put on without unbolting the shock. 35EAA216-02D9-42CE-B998-C88CB0C00927.jpg870BCE41-0095-4554-827F-029043FDACA2.jpg

Installed LASFIT LEDs in my low beams and driving lights tonight. Here’s a picture with both installed on the drivers side and the old bulbs on the passenger side. I agree with CreekCrawler that the brightness and color are impressive.

I also installed LASFIT LEDs in the map lights and the dome light. The brightness and color are impressive inside too.

I’m very happy with the difference inside and out.

    That's actually quite impressive inside.

Here's some links and part numbers I put together. You have to buy the 3 pieces separate but they fit together perfectly.

    Anytime 400w mod

Auto transmission is at the top, and manual transmission is a few paragraphs down

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/how-to-400w-anytime-mod-3rd-gen.436831/

Post #8 on this thread shows the white and blue wires you'll tap into in order to get the 120v inside the cab. They're on the plug going into the inverter, which is under the center console. I believe blue goes to the big slot of the outlet and white goes to the smaller slot, I really don't remember. I used a T30 torx bit to remove the bed outlet and copied the way it was wired up. For the ground I just ran a wire from the ground prong of the outlet to a grounded piece of metal in the truck.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/mr_ashs-3rd-gen-road-tripping-build.443263/

    Toyota part numbers

    USB ports

    0016-00225

    120v outlet

(It's labeled by Toyota as a "12v outlet" for some reason but it's the 120v household style outlet

    85530-35050-C0

    Bezel/plate

    85536-35020

I don't have a part number for the harness to plug into the 120v outlet, I just made my own by modifying some small terminals. For the USB ports I just spliced into the 12v power for the ports inside the console.

As for cutting the hole, I used post #7 on here as an example. It looks like he cut his with a dremel or saw and jb welded the bezel in. I used a really sharp razor knife and trimmed and filed until mine hole was just the right size for the bezel to snap in without glue. Any method should work fine was long as the hole isn't cut too big.

I collect and refinish 3 piece wheels, mostly HRE, for fun. Went ahead and ordered made to spec adapters to run the faces on the left. They’ll be full hubcentric everything. Aiming to make them around 18x9.5 all around. Street truck not off roader.

Check out the DV8 slimline bumper. Looks similar to the Body Armor but does not require any cutting at all. It comes with a hoop that is removable to hold a light bar if you would like it.

    I got it from here.

I had seen that bumper many times, but never cared for how the light bar enclosure looked on it. I never knew it was removable though. Thank you for pointing that out to me.

Exactly why I didn't install mine. I'm putting a Caliraisedled hidden bar in my lower grille so I didn't put the hoop on. Too boxy and bulky for a 20" single row light bar. Plus it interfered with my front camera. I'll probably find a way to put it on my 4wheeler.

Yes, if equipped. I have a 19 SR5, 4cyl and it's there. Can't imagine yours not having it unless it's a fleet truck base model.

EDIT; If you don't have it, I really don't have a recommendation. My digital tire gage air chuck was $125 (Bluepoint) a decade ago...lol. You probably don't need that one. LOL

That's a horrible idea. What time?
Over the last weekend, finally have the sliders and front bumper installed. Relentless Fabrications Summit bumper with Ironman 4X4 9500 lb winch and Explore Overland sliders. All purchased as raw steel and finished in the garage. Roll on bed liner on the bumper, Rhino liner 1k rattle cans on the sliders. Amber Diode Dynamic SS3 Sports on the grill (connected to the fog light switch), Rigid amber hyper spots in the bumper. Now for wheels....

After going up a tire size, it dawned on me during a long drive across the desert, I probably should have had the spare tire replaced with the new size also. Got it done yesterday.

Love the bumper- does the hoop interfere with the TSS stuff or the camera?
