yes they are! if you get one and you have a smart phone like droid or iphone just buy a bluetooth ELM 327 and download the app torque for $5. it works great and does more than most $350 obd scanners!

Thanks guys for all the links in this thread. I have not done a thing to my truck, it has 115K on it. Besides oil, transmission fluid exchange.
Since I found this forum I have changed the oil in my rear diff, greased my zirks on my driveline, changed the plugs, fuel filter, and I have brakes on the way (Toyota parts from Camelback).
After that I'm doing my belts, and some small mods. I dont think I could do any repairs without this forum.
Check out my plugs, I'm not sure, but they could have 115K on them. Check out the gap, yikes!

Found this write up on BAJA TACO. Great information on suspension maintenance ie. ball joints, and most importantly Upper and Lower Control Arms "OEM" parts replacement. There is of course the LR UCA's installs but did not see anything for OEM replacement. Very well wriiten and illustrated. http://bajataco.com/tech/control_arms_01.html

If you have the V6 you should be runnin twin ground plugs ONLY. sticker is right there on the engine.
