I need some info. I put the tsb on my truck and now want to put 5100's on. My question is, is dsm cheaper or get them from 4 wheel parts in Mesa? Any thoughts?? Thanks for reading...

This is the most ludicrous title question I have seen in my 3 years on this site.

    LOL!!
before price shopping, consider what you get for the price. Some places may be cheaper than DSM, but if there is an issue with a shock, DSM replaces it themselves, rather than the person having to send them off to Bilstien, and wait weeks or longer before they come to a determination of wether or not to replace them..

I was talking about the title. It's like "best vendor on the planet vs. a steaming pile of horse shit, which do you prefer?"

I got my bumper form 4 wheel parts. They got it in next day and even price mached and BEAT the cheapest online price I could find.

Most other places couldn't even get the thing for 2 weeks. And the staff was very nice and quite helpful.

Sierra Expeditions is great! The guy there is awesome and super friendly and knows his shit. I will be getting my lockers from him most likely.

I have bought stuff from 4 wheel parts and never had a problem. Never bought from dsm before. KPT, did you have any issues from 4 wheel parts in the past? Just wondering from your statement that you posted about the title...

I haven't had any issue myself, because I would never buy from them, because of the horror stories I've read on here. Here are a few of them:

^^^ THIS! DSM are a great group of guys that back everything the sell and are experts in the field.

4 Wheel Parts is just a bunch of guys that share one braincell between them and are playing keep-away.

Another vote for DSM. The local 4WP store has employees that just seem uninterested and weren't very helpful.

I have purchased from DSMS at higher pricing then a "warehouse" competitor based purely on the fact of what you get for the money like Chris said.

4WP is pure hot garbage. I refuse to spend any of my money with them. They never screwed me over, but I know local guys that have been treated HORRIBLY with their total lack of knowledge. Nothing like spending 1k with them and then paying someone to put their lift on only to find out you now have over 4" of lift, 1/2" of down travel, and your CV's are ready to implode.

Worst place to buy ever...followed closely by Amazon, but thats a rant for another day.
