Diff drop

The search doesnt seem to be working right now and I know ive read many threads on this....but is a diff drop required for a 2 inch lift on the 2nd gens? Opinions and experiences are greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

Not needed.

 

Would it hurt to install one just in case?

 

Cheap enough but still a waste of $$$.
