Well the diffs was the easiest maintenance i have ever done, took a solid 25 minutes for the rear and transfer case, then the problems began!

Whoever installed the front drain plug put it to a solid 700 ft/lbs of torque, and had stripped out the 10mm allen head, so i beat a biggersize into it, it would have worked but it was so tight all it did was completely round it out, so i got the hardest 3/8 drill bit ace hardware had and drilled a hole through the plug and get an easy out. Who ever named it easy out is an idiot because it is not an easy task, the easy out eventually snapped in half. So here i am today!
Pic of Easy out in the drain plug
    [IMG]

Heres the broken easy out! I'm dropping the truck off at Sierra Expeditions tomorrow so they can take it out [IMG]

Next time, if you can get a die-grinder, notch out a nice slot in the screw, get a spring loaded extractor screwdriver and beat it out of there.

Thanks max, hopefully there wont be a next time since it should be properly torqued to 29ft/lbs after i put it back in.

Well on to the rest of the To-Do list!

Already cleaned the air-filter this morning, it was really dirty!
