In the past I retrofited a 2015 entune head unit into my 2011. After a ton of adapters and this and that almost everything is working great. I'm down to a couple things I would like to see working, but can't source the right info anywhere.

Both circle around the bluetooth functions. Now my truck was just a base and never came with any bluetooth stuff, but whos to say I cant make it happen. I purchased an overhead console out of a 2012 taco that has the bluetooth mic already in there. Any idea as to where I can find basically the plug that goes into that, all the way down to where it installs into the head unit? Also, what would I need to do to be able to have the music on my phone stream via bluetooth? Some sort of antenna?

Any help would be appreciated, even if it is the normal, 'use the search you lazy bastard, but here i did it for you..' I've tried, but being computerless the mobile search functions on my phone are a pain to get through. Thanks again guys

I'm not familiar with the entune setup but if it has bluetooth then it's simply a matter of pairing your phone with your entune head unit. On the issue of the overhead oem mic, you need to do a search as there are several posts that address this issue.

You must have a majic search cause i can't find anything that pertains to my question. And since my truck is a 2011 base model, it didnt have bluetooth and whatever else to work with this head unit. I'm asking how or what i need to get to be able to pair my phone up to the head unit. Thanks anyways....

If anyone has any pictures of the connecter to the mic, and where it connects to the stereo that would help also. This is a 2015 stereo with a 2012 mic overhead console, not sure what years these are the same from 2012-2015. Thinking i might just have to buy the connecters and wire them together myself. Thanks in advance

Not a hundred percent sure since mine is a 06 JBL to a 2013 JBL Nav.
    Is yours JBL or non-JBL?
In fact I think we PM about the MIC early last year.
I added the steering wheel control and added the MIC in the overhead console.
I made my own harness from the radio harness to the MIC.
The MIC plugs into the new Y-harness. (28 pin harness - PT546-00120-CH)

Not the same year but look at these threads:

There are many more threads out there that members replaced upgraded the radio.

    Hope this answers your questions.

Thanks for the response man. I guess i'm not sure how to word what i am needing.. I've already done the radio swap, all that is taken care of. What i am wanting to do is connect the factory mic i have in my upper console to the new deck. All i have is the mic, no wires. I see the connection for it in the new harness, but i need the clip to go in there, and the clip to go into the mic, and the wiring inbetween. My truck is a 2011 (pre upper bluetooth mic) so it wont be prewired. Thanks for the links anyways, those were the ones i actually used in my swap.

I dont think they sell the harness separate.
I made mine with shielded cable and the two connectors.
I posted the connectors on another thread.

    HOUSING CONNECTOR(90980-12212)
This is the MIC side. Cant remember which is the male or female.
Look at the connector on your MIC and it should have the part number on it.
    Just order the other one.
Still looking for the radio connector and also the pins that go with both of them.

From your original post April 2015...
Connector part number 90980-12551 at the radio.
You can order online or request a sample plus the pins from TE
