The light bar blows high beams out the water. The high beams do a decent job with flood but don't have the distance that the light bar has. My high beams are halogen though.

Yeah the bracket cost seems to be just a 3rd gen tax. They are nice though with a good powder coat on them. I have a set of auxbeam pods as well and all the ditch light brackets cost more than the pods themselves lol.

I think those are the same ones.

As for the wheels, all depends on how wide your wheels are too. Mine are 9", which is more than what you want but it was the only width they had in our bolt pattern/hub.

    I was gonna go with a 20" wheel with a 10" width and a -12 offset

Are your pods spot or flood? If spot, curious how they do compared to the lightbar.

They are spot. I haven't got them mounted yet but I was going to angle them to put out more light where the the floods from the lightbar aren't as strong. I think they should be stronger considering they're 5watt LEDs and the light bar uses 3watt LEDs.

These are the ones I have. I might do silicone on these ones since they will be subjected to the weather whereas my bumper bar isn't directly rained on.

If you don't mind, I'd love to see some comparison pics of the throw when you get them mounted!
Also, check out the Auxbeam S2 LED bulbs for your highs, very impressive and only $30!

I actually have a set of the auxbeam f16s waiting to be installed as well! I'll try to do a review of them by this weekend.

I have the same Auxbeam light bar that I just installed in my truck, however I wanted to ask you which colored wires connect with the CaliRaised LED bumper switch. For the switch, it came with 4 wires, however the auxbeam only has 3 wires after I cut off the connecter piece.

The switch has two LEDs in it that require separate power sources if you want them lit. There’s a light to illuminate the switch and one that lights up when it’s on. I used an add a fuse to the tail light fuse so the switch lights up when the lights are on. You don’t need to wire the illumination led if you don’t want.

Congrats on your purchase and install! It looks great!! I've had Auxbean products on my trucks for a couple years, I love them! Great product for the price! Haven't had any issues either. If you haven't already, take a look at these videos. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=auxbeam+torture+test

No, that one is going to require more work. I am installing quick disconnect weatherproof connectors at the light bar where it attaches to the cargo basket because I think I will need to remove it to park in the garage. I had the OEM roof rack mounting brackets but sent them back. I was afraid that the weight of the bar connected to those brackets just riveted into the plastic roof rack rails would be trouble. I had visions of me hitting a hard bump, the brackets failing and the light bar dangling along the side of the truck while I was rolling down the road.

So I completely changed my mind, and will attach my Thule cargo basket to the roof rack cross bars and then the light bar to the cargo basket. It will be much more secure that way. The need to make the entire thing removable, waiting for parts, is what delayed things. I want it to be right and not just thrown up there. I even bought a soldering iron kit to do the wiring correctly.

Once I am done I am sure the wait will be worth it.

Did you cut the grill part where you installed the LED bar between bumper and front grill or not? It's because I'll receive mine this Saturday and want to know if i have or need to cut that little grill part.
