If you want Eibach coils, you have to get them through Toytec lifts. If you want Old Man Emu coils and 5100's, you can get them either through Downsouth Motorsports, Wheeler's Off Road or Toytec Lifts.

    BTW guys,
I run no sway in the front so would that make a big improvement on softness with 5100's or OME shocks?

You run no sway bar with your stock suspension?

The OME or Eibach coils will make the truck handle much better since they're both stiffer than the stock coils. As far as softness, I've still got mine on so I couldn't tell ya what the differences are. I like being able to corner my with my truck.

Well i have a spacer lift and i took the sway off and it isn't bad at all. But then again, the ride got sooooo stiff after the lift. But I am wondering about how much softer 5100's will be.

Also, now I can't decide if OME shocks are worth the price. They are like twice as much as 5100's...

If you go with an aftermarket coil, the ride will be firmer. The difference is the 5100's are valved to handle stiffer coils. I wouldn't count on the ride being softer, but it will be much more controlled and have a better feel.

will it absorb bumps and not bounce the truck everywhere?

The 885s on OME 90000 NitroCharger Sport will. Shocks & springs were designed to go together after much research.

I'm like you OP, Cant make up my mind between OME suspension or 5100s. I've looked at Fox shocks too, that kind of spending would hurt right now, but its always tempting just to charge it to the game & pay it later. :D

See it's a hard choice! It's like apples and oranges but before you have ever tasted one. One costs more and you might really really like it. One costs less and you might not like it at all.
Keep me informed on what you go with, I'm not currently in a rush so I have no idea when I will buy new suspension.

4Wheelin4Banger can speak for the OME kit, as far as the 5100's and Eibachs, it rides firmer than stock, you'll know you're in a truck but it's never bouncy, doesn't roll in corners and doesn't dive under braking. The OME coils are softer so they'll probably give a little easier than Eibachs.

Find some lifted locals and go for a rice along. See if you like what they have.

I wanna do it right and only 1 time this go around. I had a spacer leveling lift on the access cab I traded in and the ride was pretty stiff. To my understanding from what I keep reading the softest/smoothest ride will be the stock suspension compared to lift kits but if I'm gonna lift it I might as well fork up the dough for some performance as well. I'm between 2 1/2" or 3". I know passed 3" you need to replace the UCAs and unsure if the alignment will be dead on at 3" w/o new UCAs. Unless I've read wrong.

I am right at 3" and have no issues really. I have vibes from it but they don't bother me and arent really loud or anything...
