a couple of dumb newbie questions

So I have everything for my lift. now i got billys all the way around front diff drop. ome front coils and 1.5 add a leaf for rear tsb. and light racing ucas.

Now my question is if i get the lift installed it wont mess anything up ridin on my stock rims and tires for a month will it?

And im confused on alignment and balance if i get it aligned after the lift and get it balanced for the tires i dont need to align it again do I? everything will be fine right?

And last does anyone have any alignment specs to go by for this setup i have a 2nd gen. acess cab 4x4.

Alignment specs = OEM.

And with a lift and your stock wheels it will depend on the size of your tires? They may rub on your stock UCA's.
