Still haven't gotten it sorted out. According to the dealer the parts are on order. Almost thinking I should just buy poly's and do it myself..

Were they able to confirm it was the body mounts?

    They didn’t even check.

I’ve been through 3 dealers now trying to get this sorted.

It seems someone has finally decided to take the gamble on the parts based on what I’ve shown them off this forum.

Will find out when it goes back in at the end of the month.

How can you tell if your cab mount bushings are bad? It doesn't seem easy to take them out.

I have a similar noise too but it only seems to have cropped up in the past ~1,000 miles (at 11K or so on the truck right now)

I can rule out CVs because it's a prerunner, we can rule out M/T stuff because mine is an A/T...
Funny too because I've had it offroading and never had much issue, it's just this one big tall speed bump in my development (and only the tallest gnarly one, all the others don't do it)

I guess it probably is body mounts. Sounds like a pain in the nutsack to do but I guess it's not too expensive either.

Can't really tell with them in, but swapping them out was quick and easy

Mine did this, the locking clip device for the lower pin had come loose and the pin had walked half way out.

I have a AT with 21k and I heard the noise for the first time this afternoon. Went over about 4 speedbumps in a nearby neighborhood and heard the same metallic sound. Didn't sound like any type of brake pad vibration/noise.

I knew mine was the brakes since the noise disappeared with light brake pressure. This is what I found.

In the last picture you can see the retaining spring(that metal wire) has popped out of the hole it's suppose to be in
