Front End Conversions

Any one know what I can do to my 97 Tacoma as if I can install a newer front end that will just bolt on or would I have to do custom work....?

 

i looked but i couldnt find the thread. a guy took off the 01-04 front end and put his 96 or 97 front end on it. i think you will need headlights, grill, hood, if im not mistaken the corner lights are the same and will work.

Ha ya that was me. It wasn't hard to do, but idk about going the other way. I think it is a lot harder. The headlight holes are bigger on the newer ones and there's some additional mounting points I believe.
