Don't need a video really, it's pretty straight forward. Remove all the 10mm bolts & nuts. Pull the flares off. Need to tug on them pretty well, the clips will break. Of course you'll need to replace all the clips but they make aftermarket clips now & are dirt cheap.

If you want to try & save the clips to reuse you'd have to remove the wheel well liners to get to the backside of the clips to squeeze & release them. Chances are some will break anyway doing it that way. It's a PITA to take the wheel well liners off with the flares on cause they tuck under the flares. Not worth the trouble. I always just break the clips, I've done it this way a number of times already whenever I get my flares repainted.

Used is the only way for OEMs unless you don't mind buying them new for $180-$300 EACH. I think I paid like $120 for my extra set but I've seen them go for as low as $60.

Locally on Craigslist. Turned out to be a TW member too. Sometimes they pop up on ebay but not cheap because of shipping. Last set I saw on ebay was for $400.

    Splashliner clips -
    https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07B638VF6

    Flare clips -
    https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A4MHYWA

NOTE: when you first take the flares off, make a note of which hole has which clip (red/white). Easy enough to fit them up (one is larger than the other) just easier to take a pic for reference. snap clips onto flare first when reinstalling

Yes you can if you don't mind the wait. ;)

I've got enough for 3-4 sets for only $6-7 shipped from China.

Lol, yeah but they take a long time to come from China. I didn't mind the wait cause I didn't need them right away. Otherwise I'd order from Amazon or ebay US sellers too. They also sell em at auto parts stores now but only in 2 packs or so, expensive but it's an option if you just need a small quantity same day.

Before they made aftermarket I used to buy them from the dealer for like $1.10 ea with my discount.

So there are a couple of different ways to go... This one looks the cleanest but seems like a huge time investment.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...the-fenders-after-removing-the-flares.304366/

Others have used hex allen bolts to plug it up (https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/who-runs-no-fender-flares.472199/page-2#post-14255901 & https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/1st-gen-double-cabs.371543/page-60#post-14611248). Not a bad look but I went with this for now -

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/diy-fender-push-rivets.557983/

A trip to your local fastener isle and you'll come up with something of your own. Lots of possibilities.

Or, you could just fill them and never worry about open fender holes again
