It's really hard to tell from those videos, but it looks like your dash where the glove box is mounted is moving around in relation to the metal bar. Have you tried hitting/pushing/pulling on things to see if there is a difference?

I have already fixed the infamous dash rattle by wedging a piece of 1/4" fuel line between it and the windshield. This one appears the be more wind related. Did you watch the vids?

I have tried to push it and pull it but nothing happens since it's already wedged with the fuel line.

The sound comes from underneath the dash when I'm going down the highway, it does not do it just going over bumps. Is there a rock or something in my fender? Maybe my blower motor has something broken inside it? Anyone else heard this noise who could help?

have you emptied the glove box?

I had a rattle like that once and it was just my metal tire gage rattling against the plastic. other sources could be sun glasses or box of spare fuses rattling.

also wouldn't hurt to pull the fan motor and reach around in there, wouldn't be the first time something fell into the defrost vent and was sitting there rattling in the ductwork.

also if you ever find you have a buzz sound then it could have pine needles or leaves built up in the ducts rubbing on the fan

I've tried moving stuff around and opening the glove box to see if the noise was inside. It wasn't. It doesn't make the noise unless I'm going 55 or faster. For instance, if I draft a semi truck, the noise becomes much less prevalent.

do you have front mud flaps? that might be whats making the noise and it would be right there by passenger floorboard.

also if you have skid plate check the bolts are tight so its not vibrating with wind turbulence and also check your heat shields, mainly for the cat, but the floorboard one too

I will check the heat shields. I have no mudflaps and the skids are bud built.

That sounds like a normal dash rattle. Already fixed that on mine

Couldn't open PDF on my phone (thanks apple). Thanks I will check that out also

It's hard to tell but when I watched the first video @1:07 I see something that looks like a tab, around 1:10 to about 1:14 you can kind of see it bouncing and it seems to correspond with the rattle. It's a bit tough to tell but maybe someone else can look at it?

sounds like a broken blower fan blade...
or some other debris has entered the ducting.

Is the AC/blower operating when the noise occurs ?
Or maybe the intake (fresh air) vent is in it's open position
causing air to vent thru the ducting into the cab
possibly that turbulence is rattling something that's loose inside the ducting ?

    Any condensation (drips) occurring ?
could of swore I saw a water drop forming at 00:29 -30 (3rd video)
but it could've just been the video quality and my mistake.

Does your AC drain correctly ? (drains to the ground)
Should be a drain... be sure that is open and clear of debris.

If water (condensation) is trapped in the intake...
the blower fan blades could be hitting that
    and making noise.

Often things can get sucked into the intake at the cowling
when the fresh air mode is left open when parked.
Even possible that vermin could get in there and build a nest.

I'd start by pulling the blower motor and see if there is something in there that shouldn't be.
Removing a few bolts gets that done.

There was definitely condensation forming around the wiring. I will check those things out. It sounds like this is the more likely culprit

I haven't had time to check yet, but I've gotten enough suggestions to try. I will cross them off as I diagnose. I'm going to start with the ducting and blower motor.

Im hunting down some similar gremlins... I replaced the drive shaft support bearing and it eliminated all of the shake at highway speeds. Up front , check the ball joints, cv's , bearing. Not insulting man , lugs , re balance the tires - probably forgetting something
I just replaced the support bearing and the rear ujoint(155K miles). now i have a slight hi speed shimmy. Im anal , why not right? Cant seem to shake it , and the local shop is getting short with me. Cant blame them , but it wasnt like that prior to things going out. adjust this and that , flipped the u joint twice , re balanced the tires and still a little shimmy right where she purrs on the freeway, and now they want to send my drive shaft off for re balancing , which i dont think would happen with out a thrashing ??? - gggrrrrr gremlins.
