normbal: Where are you located in MD? I am planning on doing the retro as well and picked up an extra set of headlights. I was planning on jumping in on the deal at Retrofit Source in the next week or so.

    4) and this very thread.

I used Gsak's and Electroman's to do mine, and Yosh2000 was very helpful with technical questions. You can do it, take your time and make small cuts, fit the projector, make more cuts, fit, cut, fit cut etc. No template is available, just use the pics in the threads as reference. I looked at the lines on the back of the reflector housing and judged where i wanted to drill and what would make the projector level. Good luck and ask questions to any of us if you need to .

^ nice assist!! yea, no detailed writeups, but plenty of pics to get the job done guys...no offense, but if you cant get it done w/ the provided pics...you shouldnt be modding stuff on your truck!!

if your painting the projector houseing itself, make sure to use high temp paint and fire up the lights for at least 30 min BEFORE you reseal them up to let them "burn off".

RDay - only $300? what exactly does that include? is that using the cheaper morimoto bulbs? last time i priced it out (w/ phillips bulbs) it was nearly $400?

I just called Matt and placed my order. I got the Phillips bulbs and the total was 325 (25 extra for the phillips). Hell of a deal and thank to all who have posted pics and write-ups. I will definitely be resourcing them.
