tire pressure sensors

    i recently bought and had new wheels and tires installed on my truck and the tire pressure sensors from my stock set dont fit the new set.
    are the sensors really that important since i check my pressure quite often?
    if not is there a way to disconnect the sensor so that the warning light wont keep coming on?

    none yet,
    i am looking for some tire pressure sensors with the 20 degree pitch, if this is what you had, i will be willing to buy them from you or trade for my 40 degree pitch it those would help you. - tony
