    What increases did you get outa this?

    Got it used from a member here for 300.00 instead of 500.00 from LCE. Got a nice little zip in the reg cab's step, will chirp the tires if not careful and maybe 1-2 mpg. This is with oem exhaust an intake. It is already coated which is why the price is what it is too. Noticed you are 1st Gen.......mine is 2nd Gen 2TR. Google LCE, I'm sure they hva the same thing for 1st Gens.

    i can't justify spending that much on the limited gains a 4 cyl will see. I think i'm just gonna go with a stock 01-04 tube header. Definately an upgrade from the cast mani's our 98's have.

    I'm starting to think the same thing. My '99 feels like its getting worse by the day, and this group buy deal for Doug Thorleys doesn't seem any closer to happening. I may just order this shorty kit and be done with it already.

    yeah thats the exact header i'm getting cept i'm picking up a used unit for 98 bucks from a local yard.
