Is there any mods on the back of the cab. I wanted to get my dog in the back and curious to see if any mods were made to smooth out the back floor. I was thinking of boxing it out with some pine lumber. Right now I just have quilts on the floor for the pup. Maybe there is a setup for the back just for this purpose of keeping my dog happy

[QUOTE="15+1, 3/4 inch plywood with speaker box liner around it. One tool box has some basic recovery gear, E tool, tow strap, hitch with shackle, tire repair kit, and a hatchet. The other has jumper cables, rapid tire deflator, some common wrenches, zip ties, misc. tools, etc.

Super simple, very secure and stable.

I took the rear console and bracket out and cut a piece of plywood to fit there, and in between the tool boxes. Mounted a 2x4 to the plywood to hold it up in the front. Used a Trailermat I scored on Amazon. Then made a 5" cut the full length of it so I can take it out if needed without moving the seats. Dude that tinted my rear windows was crawling all over it, and it held up just fine.

I did find the link for the boxes and I have one already, so this would be the best option for me,
I like all the set ups, but for me since I own one Dewalt box already, I can try it to check the fit. The folding cover I will have to order, and I need something to protect the back of the seats. Right now my black lab is 8 months old and weighs 60 pounds. He is a brute

I brought my dewalt box up to check for a fit and glad I did. With the front seats all the way back the box will not fit. So I have to go with the plywood and 2&4s for legs. I then will cover it with something. I like that material used on one mod. Where do you buy that black covering?
