^ looks awesome! We need details! Like this-

If you have OME post a pic or two & tell us what you got.
What did you put up front & what did you get?
What did you put in back & what did you get?
If you got Dakars on a 2nd Gen share your measurements with OZ 2nd Gen OME Dakar hub to fender measurements
Are you running trail armor & how much lift did you loose or what did you do to regain/maintain lift?
Tire & wheel specs & rub or what you did to eliminate rub.
Are you still running a sway bar?

this is for the picts posted above in post #756

Thanks i think it looks awesome myself and ride quality was not compromised i will however invest in some light racing UCA's to get better caster results but no complaints on ride at all best investment so far:D

Has anyone with a full OME lift had the new transmission mount and steering wheel damper installed per the driveline vibration TSB? Curious to see as I still have small take off vibes. Or the steering shaft TSB for the shaky/loose steering?

I did the carrier bearing drop kit from OME and that cured most of my vibes. i do know that the rest of my vibes come from the needle bearing in the front diff so i purchased the ECGS bushing and removal tool. i know this is my problem as when i put it in 4X4 it completely stops and i only have issues at 35mph. not sure about take off vibes but will continue to search this and let you know what i find

SO! I got a set of used Dakars for my first gen. They were wicked cheap and are in great shape. But, one side is missing the little bushing sleeve thingy. Anyone know where to get one? worst comes to worst i can chop up a poly bushing to make it work, but i want a sleeve... :(
Also Where can i find new friction pads?

With second gens you can use OEM bushings in the dakars, so if that is the case with first gens (which i dont know) you can get them pretty quick from the stealership or online

Is it the front or rear bushing that is missing ? Looks to be the rear

Nice to know. Dealership has ordered the parts for the steering shaft TSB, steering damper and trans mount for the vibe TSB. Thanks for your input

What did you put up front & what did you get?
    885s on nitro chargers, I got 3".
What did you put in back & what did you get?
Dakars, and with all my tools, tool box, chains etc I got 3".
If you got Dakars on a 2nd Gen share your measurements with OZ 2nd Gen OME Dakar hub to fender measurements ([IMG] 1 2 3 ... Last Page)
    Still have to do that
Are you running trail armor & how much lift did you loose or what did you do to regain/maintain lift?
    Not yet, but damn soon.
Tire & wheel specs & rub or what you did to eliminate rub.
265/70/17 BFG A/T Procomp 7069 -6 offset and 4.75" BS. Rubs only when sharp turns on hill or over rocks. Its very minute so I did no trim yet.
Are you still running a sway bar?
    No.

Yup! I admit, I miss the power from my old V6, but the I4 really isn't that bad. I am definitely taking a liking to it! Thank you for the compliment!

I figured it was since you got 3" from the 885s like I did.

I might have missed something from earlier pages but, when you remove the 3rd leaf from the Dakars, do you loose a lot of ability to carry weight. I have brand new 885Xs and 5100's with the .25 spacers sitting in my livingroom as we speak and I will be ordering my Dakars and rear 5100's tonight or tomorrow. my quad is around 700 LBS(which i ride almost every weekend) and really want to have my truck set up right from the start this time. the front spacer lift and rear blocks KILLED my OE suspention haha.

Just got my truck back from the dealer. 15-25 vibe is gone, they put in the new rear engine mount and steering damper. takeoff vibe is reduced about 50%. New steering shaft has improved the ride quite a bit. I can be a little happier about my truck purchase...knock on wood for no further issues!!

Well I installed my skids Wednesday.

Front end has lowered to 22 5/8" center hub to fender after installing sliders & skids.
Now I need to decide if I realign & live with it or install 1/4" spacers to regain 1/2" & realign it.

Would love to know the "official" or close to it answer to this as well. Running mine with Dakars with 3rd removed and love the ride. You can't feel a thing. Not sure what it will do to the load capacity. I assume it will be less but will it be less than the TSB springs?
