For pistol sights I'd take a look at the Ameriglo Hackathorne sights, basically a green/orange front and blacked out rear. You can buy a set for glock or build one for other pistols buy picking the orange/green front and black rear. Also look at the Surefire X300U for a pistol light. Lights are much, much more bennificial when things go bump in the night than a laser. The Surefire is putting out a true 500 lumens and can be found for under $200.

Wife got me crimson trace light for Xmas, and I am going to take it back and use the money instead on night sights. Ameriglo, trijicon, and mepro all have similar products in that category, where as advantage tactical is very different. The first 3 are all the tritium based tubes that always glow, where as the ATS doesn't fade, but also doesn't glow on its own, and must be charged in some light to glow in the dark. Suresights makes the pyramid design as well (like the ATS) but with tritium so they would glow in the dark without a light charge.

I keep my gun in a box in a drawer, so chances are it won't see much light if I need it in the middle of the night. I like the pyramid design, with the tritium lighting, but that doesn't seem to be available anymore. Also due to radioactivity and half life, the tritium is only good for about 12 years before it dims to the point that it is no longer useful.

You've seen them on my truck. They do their job as a back up light. Could be brighter

That's the ultimate plan. I have an '85 project with a straight axle. Want my crawler and a go fast truck. I've beat my '04 enough it has no resale value, so may as well make it a toy in the end.

    thats right... lol

I was going to mount two outback up high for rear light, one behind the cab under my rack for bed light, and one either side for camp light. Im just trying to debate if they would be worth it. $20 a piece is really cheap lol with free shipping.

Looks good Mitch! I dig the Black and Red, goes well with your other armor.

I am really happy since I derp'd my wheels. If they get any trail rash, just a little spray and they're good as new! :cookiemonster:

Bacon. It's the gateway meat. Also, without salt you die. Hyponatremia.
