Seems legit to me.. don't know why there's so much skepticism. He's not saying he'll ship you his truck after you send your money over paypal or something.

Prerunner as in 2wd? I ask because they call the Raptor a Prerunner and it's 4wd but Toyota uses the term Prerunner exclusively for their 2wd trucks.

I REALLY want a 4x4 and since I have to work out of the truck, I really want the doublecab.

Its the INTERNET. People are gonna hate because they can say things online they normally wouldn't in person. Good luck with your sale or possible trade.

OP, just wondering....why do you prefer a 2000-04 as opposed to a 2005+?

manual t-case, manual hubs in some cases, manual transmission doesn't blow, rear diff is able to handle the 3.4 better, no needle bearing issues in the front diff, no rear spring tsb, smaller to fit on trails, easier to beat up and not worry about your pretty little truck, the list goes on :D

I just like the smaller vehicle when running trails.

ooh and by the way, it's called a non-biased opinion, not a "buthurt" reaction.

You chose to ignore the childish remark, assuming you were referring to the original post that I quoted and responded to, but you get pretty defensive when someone decides to point out the faults that Toyota has yet to fix? Seams like someone gets pretty "butthurt" themself when someone says something negative about their precious Tacoma.
