Well, what I got is a 3.5 paperweight lol.
I had my truck serviced at the dealership at 157000 per the Toyota maintenance schedule request, the dealership here in Glenwood has done 90% of my trucks maintenance with the other 10% being oil changes done elsewhere when they couldn’t squeeze me in. Had a OTT tune put on the truck about 3 weeks prior to the Service being done. After the service i drove the truck around locally for approximately a month, all short trips not more than 50-80 miles total. Had to take a trip to Artesia New Mexico…. 1200 miles round trip. In the 900th mile of my trip at approximately 161700 miles on the trucks odometer I pulled out to make a pass on the 2 lane highway I was on, slightly up hill, wide banking Right hand corner, hit the gas and passed the 2 trucks I needed to pass. I was in sport mode 6th gear & approx. 75-80mph, the truck had down shifted and was at about 3500-4000rmps. As I signaled back into the lane and let off the gas there was an instant loss of power followed by extremely loud knocking from the engine bay & the dashboard lit up with low oil pressure warning & check engine lights. Got my truck towed back to the dealership in Glenwood Springs
And find out that it is at minimum 1 quart over full on oil w/no coolant mixed in the oil after the failure, nothing other than than the oil & subsequent metal shavings from the engine shitting the bed in the system.
Toyota maintenance department confirmed that it had too much oil in it but said that “wouldn’t matter with this motor and wouldn’t make the truck fail as it did” Subsequently washing their hands of the problem and sticking me with a 13000$ replacement that has the potential (in my opinion) to do the same exact thing

I didn't see mine listed above so adding it here. 2019 TRD Sport 4x4, 54k miles, P11EC00 code, air/fuel ratio bad cyl #1, burnt exhaust valve. Toyota pulled motor, replaced head under the 60k mile emissions warranty. Master tech recommended pressurized fuel injector cleaning every 30k miles or less.
