    Just broke up the meat to let cook for another 30 minutes or so. I only used half the pack of zesty Italian dressing since I knew it would be heavy on the salt which I'm glad I did, tastes just about right (I season with a heavy hand too).

    The spicy italian beef is no joke. So damn good. I took rolls and made garlic bread with them, then melted provolone, piled on meat and finished with pepperoncinies (however you spell it). This is definitely going in my food book. Props to the poster!

    Ride-Rites, Everything Weather-Tech Makes Added some 12 volt outlets with relays
    Threw the ham bone from Christmas into the crock pot with a tablespoon of peppercorn melody and 6 bay leaves, cooked over night while the beans soaked. Strained the crockpot to get rid of any yucky bits, returned meat, broth and beans to crock pot for another overnight....
