    Indeed. It’s more work, but you can alter the flavors as you wish. We freeze it in ice cube trays (and then into a zip lock bag) for storage.

    I put 2 cups in a ziploc and freeze them. I have about 10 in there now. Super handy and a great use of stuff most people would throw away!

    Glad I remembered this thread. I have a freezer full of venison from last fall and with the lockdown here, i've been firing up the crockpot more often and started perusing the contributions here once again. The food in these pics look amazing!

    Seared the skin on these thighs for about 5 mins and let the crockpot do all the work on low all day

    Nah I have fresh corn but i was in a rush when I got home so I just scarfed this down and left haha I was gonna do some sweet potatoes too but I guess they will be for tomorrow
